Chris was born in Peterborough, doing the bulk of his growing up in nearby Stilton. He is the creator and writer of The World According To Grandpa book series and has had a 15 year career as an award winning Development Producer and Comedy Writer in the UK. He’s created shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and CBBC, including Holiday of my Lifetime with Len Goodman and The TV That Made Me With Brian Conley, which both won national awards for daytime TV. He wrote two series of a Radio 4 sitcom called Clement Doesn’t Live Here Anymore (with Marc Haynes) and has written for comics like Lenny Henry, Marcus Brigstocke, Rufus Hound, David Walliams and Paddy McGuinness.
