YES, THEY’RE BACK in 2019! We’re counting down and just can’t wait to see these ‘Boys’ again!
If you talk to anyone who saw the superb performance by the Down County Boys in 2017 you’ll know it was a fabulous evening with a packed audience treated to some very fine playing. Ok, they’re not boys anymore but they are extremely talented and experienced bluegrass musicians who absolutely take this type of music to another level and continue to do so. The evening show also features a set at 8:00 pm from the fabulous Irene Rae who Maverick Magazine says is ‘one to watch’. She releases her new album in July 2019. The show will be opened at 7:00 pm by Roisin and Eva Rose who are very talented local young performers sharing their musical promise. The Down County Boys will be on stage from 8:45-10:00 pm.
If you are going to attend a few Fringe events this year then make this one of them! See you there!
Tickets: £8 from the Oundle Festival Box Office Website: www.oundlefestival.org.uk or £9 at the door on the evening.
