About The Fringe Festival

The Oundle Fringe Festival is all about the performance arts! It was first organised in 2011 and continues with the aim of providing a showcase for local and visiting performers and to create an exciting and entertaining summer Fringe Festival programme based in and around Oundle, a beautiful market town in the north of Northamptonshire.

The number of performers and venues taking part has increased year on year and provides a rich and varied programme of talented performers and engaging events. All genres are welcome, from blues to bluegrass, jazz to folk, classical to rock, poetry, dance and drama. Oh, and don't forget the brainteasing Fringe Quiz!

The Oundle Fringe Festival committee are all volunteers, giving up their time over many months to bring you this extravaganza of entertainment.

We have two or three ticketed events each year to help raise funds for the Fringe Festival, but everything else is free!

We take a collection at each free event which goes direct to the performers to help contribute to their expenses. So, if a Fringe steward is standing near you with a collection bucket, please give generously. The performers will really appreciate your support.
