Upon This Rock are a four-piece rock covers band, aged 14-16, covering hits from the 60s right through to the present day. This fab four includes finalist on ‘The Voice Kids 2020’ George on lead vocals; Peterborough’s answer to Keith Moon, Francesco, on drums; hard-rocking axeman, Leo, on lead guitar; and the old soul of the group, Teddy on bass guitar. These exciting young men have had their rock skills honed by Jam Studios owner, Tavo, and now boast an eclectic mix of 60s pop, hard rock, and heavy metal within their ever-growing set. Since performing at the Peterborough Xmas Lights switch events in 2021 and 2022, they have gone from strength to strength, building a loyal fan base by performing in the city’s pubs and clubs, as well as high profile events such as the Peterborough Celebrates Festival at Ferry Meadows, and performing for Posh fans in the Fan Zone at London Road. Along with their enthusiastically delivered set of rock classics, they boast a top of the range sound and lighting system and all round performance that will be sure to bring the house down.
